Heating independant of electricity. A large copper coil installed 6 feet underground, plus a freon exchange system: freon is in a compressed (cold) state at ground level, flows through a tube down, decompresses (heats up), heats copper coil underground, and is fed back up to ground level and returned to compressed (cold) state again.

Transportation and sourcing of materials can be done cost-effectively by using existing infrastructure from mining and resource extraction companies operating on the land. these companies being the most developed in the region would be the efficient choice to as less developed industries may not have the existing infrastructure.

This may include using existing transportation convoys by adding a truck to transport wood.
