Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

Started with 6 cups defrosted pumpkin. After 1st squeezing, yields 3 cups. after 2nd squezzing, yields ~2 cups pumpkin, half fills white casserole dish. This time will not be hanging pupkin in cheesecloth, but will puree and cook and possibly add pumpkin syrup to make a thinner consistency.
