1 c almond meal
3/4 c cooked oatmeal
1/4 c butter
1/4 c coconut milk
1/2 c coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 salt
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1/4 tsp mace or nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
Measures are approximate. Add more coconut flour or milk as needed.
Melt butter and mix with oatmeal. Add almond meal and mix well. Add coconut milk and coconut flour. Add spices and baking powder.
The consisency should be thick and dry, it should be able to form a shape and hold.
Form into 2 flat logs of 1 inch tall and bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
Take out of oven and slice into 1 inch strips. Lie the strips on their side and bake 15-20 minutes more.
