Biscotti
With additions:
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Baked at 250 a bit longer, about an hour. Was still slightly moist inside. Baked a bit more until browned and late at night reheated the biscotti in the oven. Biscotti smelled very good, almost like ginger cookie or a christmas cookie. Was very dry and crisp. Held shape very well.
