Cookies
One third cup butter
One and half cup frozen cherries
Three quarters of a cup shredded coconut
One cup almond flour
One egg yolk
One third cup black coco powder
Pinch of salt
Bring butter to room temperature
Beat in one egg yolk. Add salt and cherriesfold in coco powder and almond flour and coconut. Cook for 15-20 minutes for soft or crunchy at 300F
