Tandoori chicken. used 1 tsp of spices: ginger, garlic, mace, clove, nutmeg, cardamom, and 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp cumin for 3-4 lbs chicken, 1 cup yogurt and soem milk. put 1 liter of chicken int he freezer and cooking a dish full tonight. marinated at 4:50pm.
