Still eating duck today. had the 'duck sausage' for brkkie today with leftoever gravy. still have 2 containers of duck meat to make dinner with today. again. today is szechuan duck though. i want to eat the next duck at new years, not xmas. so xmas will be shrimp.

duck was $4.41/kg, and cost $13. it was huge. couldnt quite fit the lid on the crock pot. first day ate the legs and part of a breast. yesterday ate some breast and still have a good portion left.
