Nye cooked an 8 hour duck that was 6 or 7 lbs. We ate 1 leg each Nd now have 2 breasts in the freezer. Also have 1 l of duck meat bits and wild rice stuffing. Today cooked a 13 lb turkey at 325 for 3.5 hrs. It was 99c per lb last night. We split 1 breast and some leg meat. Now have leftover 1 whole leg and 1 breast, and 1 l white meat, 2 l dark meat.
