homemade yogurt
Been trying to make our own yogurt coffee cheese.
2 weeks ago, our batch of milk got a bit overheated in the pot. we made the yogurt and it was like cheese - very thick, but very yummy. We got quite a bit almost a liter. recently we added decaf coffee crystals to our yogurt, and it was extremely runny, too runny. so today we made coffee yogurt again, and heated the milk higher, and let it steep overngiht until 6pm. we strained it for half an hour, and now we have 1/4 of a liter of coffee cheese. its good, but its not much.
