Made fruit mix for Christmas pudding. So far half a large mason jar full, used quarter cup brandy.

Fruit we used:
Dates, 4
8 figs
2 tbsp cranberry dried
3 tbsp citron
1 tbsp pineapple
2 tbsp candy ginger
1 tbsp cherry dried
2 tbsp blueberry dried
1 tbsp goji dried
2 tbsp currant Zante

2 Brazil nuts
3 tbsp almonds 

Spices: nutmeg cardamom cinnamon

1 orange, juice and rind
1 apple
2 cups breadcrumb
