The black currant / blackberry ice cream is gone. it was a hit. reminded me of yogenfruz. and it had yellow passionfruit juice in it.

last night finally used the giddy yo hundo Ecuadorian bar in ice cream. made only a 6 oz tub size after we had eaten some. rich uses whipped cream now, so it freezes quicker and is fluffier. its really good ice cream. he used 3 tbsp organic palm sugar. and one half liter of organic cream.

cat is eating lasagna noodles. it was a great lasagna. today she had pumpkin from cleaning out the freezer.

our freezer is full of meat. 3 days ago at nations we spent 70 bucks and got 2 chicken breasts, 4 lbs of drumsticks, 1 beef for 12 bucks, and shrimp. and we have last months salmon, and we made burger meat from jaggers steak. and we still have beef wellington. so the freezer is very full.

got cream from hp on august 14th. milk, goat milk x3, 4 litres whipping cream (4.25 ea), and 4l bag or organic meadow milk 3.8%. and a beef broth. total was $64, reduced by half to 33. we made goat cheese with 2 L. Rich gave the cat 3 bowls of goat milk for breakfast.

then cream from SP aug 15. we got 8 litres of 10% cream for 2.24 each. so 15 bucks. made cheese with 2 litres. and strained and hung it. now have 2 cheese in the fridge. they are good to freeze too as cheese. going to make custard today. it has been cooler at nights so baking shouldnt be too bad. and possibly we will make mascarpone soon.
Going to make milk fudge. we have macadamia nuts, coonut cream, butter. cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Going to make ice cream: passionfruit. guava.

we made the best cream cheese from 10% cream. and when it was strained we added some whipping cream to it. we had 2 6 oz containers, now they are almost gone. it tastes good with apricot jam. just liek a cheeesecake!. iits our new favouritee dessert. and today we had used the leftover cheese from the ras mulai experiment, and put some into our cheese dessert snack. it tastes like roses and cardamom. its amazing.

Ingredients 1 cup of Romano Beans 2 cups of water 1 tablespoon of salt 3 cups of water 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil 1 carrot 1 stalk of celery 1 whole onion (medium sized) 1 ripe tomato 1 potato (medium sized) 1 tablespoon of salt ½ teaspoon of hot chilli pepper
Steps In a pot:  1 cup of Romano Beans  2 cups of water  1 tablespoon of salt o Let boil until beans are soft In a separate pot:  3 cups of water  1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil  1 carrot  1 stalk of celery  1 whole onion (medium sized)  1 ripe tomato  1 potato (medium sized)  1 tablespoon of salt  ½ teaspoon of hot chilli pepper o Let cook until soft o Puree everything o Add beans to the soup o Simmer for 10 minutes together Serve with parmesan or add pasta.
