We got a bread machine. Now we can make coffee cake, pizza dough.
We have 2 or 3 kinds of ICR cream.
We found a use for red bean paste. We put it in rice pudding. Last night made a batch and put 2 tbsp of our homegrown jostaberry. It is super tart. Needs sugar!

today we did an easter shop at metro. so many good deals. they have chicken backs for $1.80 for 4, and 30% off. we got 4 packs to make stock. todo: cook pumpkin, add chicken stock to make souop. we got a fresh duck! $26, and 2.2 kg. nations dusck are at $30. havent had duck since they were cheap 2 yars ago. now we have our 1st duck in forever. plan: marinate duck with seville marmalade and chinese wine tonight, lamb marinated in soy sauce, chinese wine, garlic
