Curryoatmeal. Just kidding. Steve fowkes formula says to have curry nearly everyday. Which we would love to eat curry everyday or course. But it can be tough on some people sometimes. So a lighter solution is to have oatmeal with spices. We've been having it for many weeks now. Oatmeal is our winter food.
We added:
Coconut milk
Turmeric powder
Ginger powder
Almond butter
Mct oil or coconut oil.
Optional: butter, cinnamon, nutmeg.
It gives warmth and the spices support the body by drying up mucus and soothing throats.
Important to have when everyday is a bit cold and windy or rainy.
