One roma tomato
Two cups cabbage, minimum.
One or two cups beets
One onion
One carrot
All veg cut into long slivers.
Good size veal chop with bone in.
Fresh dill
Garlic
Water to fill large stock pot.
Method
Cook beets separately at first. Set aside.
Sear veal . Let cool. Cut into cubes.
Maybe a dash of vinegar
Throw all into pot and cook.
Use lots of water, whole pots worth.
