Went to St Lwarence, or Larry's Mart on thrusday. had the lobster bisque and fries and 4 coleslaws from busters. it was good and enough food to get home where we ate the other half of the fries. fries - 6.75 large bisque 12. total 18.75.
we found a bulk store with scottish loose tea and constant comment. another bulk store with valrhona chocolate, which the raspberry was our favourite, and passionfruit, and caramel milk. and sidamo cofee for 16/340g.

I haven’t seen Tiic’s video, my concern is that he’s an actor ( a good one too) and not a chef. He seems intent on cashing in on Italian food in the world without a quality offering.
He sells very expensive kits of low-end (Barilla) pastina with parmesan cheese. Shameless!
Here are some of my favourite people
- Antonino Cannavacciuolo: He’s a good chef, from Napoli. not sure if you can follow his recipes
- Max Mariola: From Rome. Good online presence (https://www.instagram.com/chefmaxmariola/)
- Antonella Ricci: She is from Puglia, where I live. https://www.instagram.com/chefantonellaricci
- Carlo Cracco: A great Italian chef and now TV personality. I have eaten at his restaurant in Milan, and met his teacher, the late great Gualtiero Marchesi
- Alfonso Iaccerini: I have been several times to his restaurant in Sant’Agata. Now he's opened worldwide, including at Casa Loma, but alas, I can’t afford them. It could be interesting to look at their food though, he's an amazing chef: https://www.donalfonsotoronto.com
- Jamie Oliver: Not Italian, but he spent a lot of time in Puglia and makes good healthy food. He also dedicates time to helping students receive access to healthier lunches.
