Sprouting on wet paper mulato, naked seed, butternut. Naked seeds are losing their green coat.

April 19
Fairytale has begun sprouting with a large strong green stem starting to unfurl. Turban, Organic Butternut and 2nd Turban are all beginning to sprout with very small things sticking out. So far there is 1 visible sprout in each pot.

April 23
Single Fairtytale sprout has two large leaves and is several inches high, just starting to sprout new leaves. First Turban pot has 1 sprout about 2 inches tall just unfurling leaves, and another sprout still uncurling.
No sign of sprouting or change in other pots. Danger of frost seems to be gone so direct sowing should be ok very shortly.
Will look at individual sun requirements.

"Pumpkins prefer full sun, but it is one of the few vegetables that will thrive under partial shade. Just be sure to allow plenty of room for the pumpkins to grow — there will be some heavy growing vines."

April 24
Moved Fairytale and 1 Turban pot outside today. Fairytale has 1 large seedling, just starting to grow the real leaves. Turban has 2 seedlings in the pot, 1 seedling is as large as the Fairytale even though it came out later. The other Turban sprout is about half the size.
2nd Turban pot has a healthy sprout with two leaves. No other visible sprouts yet. Preparing peat pots with promix for butternut, delicata and maybe sweet dumpling today.

April 25
Planted in 1" peat pots: 3 delicatas, 2 butternut and 1 sweet dumpling after cutting the margins of each seed off. Preparing to plant serrano pepper, local chilli form the neighborhood, and 1 other pepper. Also preparing to plant cherry tomatoes.
Broke down Sweet Dumpling pot.

April 26
Planted in small pots: jalapeno, poblano, serrano and local chilli, and 3 cherry tomato pots. Moved 2nd Turban outside.

Will also plant habanero pepper, naked seed pumpkin.
