November

Two days ago we brought in the black pearl pepper. It's got about 5 good sized peppers. They are still black but they are turning a beautiful smoky red colour. I hope to harvest the seeds when they are ripe.

We've harvested the yellow mushroom peppers, we ate one the other day and it was very hot. I had tasted a small piece of the pepper beforehand and it wasn't hot at all. But when we cooked and ate the whole pepper it was very hot. Like cayenne hot.

We've also harvested the long peppers. They are turning red, so I think it may be a red cayenne, hopefully not jimmy nardellos. Could be pasilla peppers. Haven't tested them yet.
