Emergency Kit
Emergency Kit

Supplies not traditionally listed in emergency/first aid kits which we find useful for when the power goes out or any other emergency situation.

2 bottles of ascorbic acid (100 grams each). Use for too much heat (ie no a/c) or too cold conditions. (It was cold as Mars here in January 2017) Also good for poisonings (snake/spider bite), heart attack, stroke, food allergy reactions. Basic procedure is to drink a capful of crystals dissolved in water as often as possible, and apply crystals with a small amount of water to affected skin areas, if applicable.

Canned fish. Sardines or mackerel, wild salmon. Packed in oil when possible, only olive oil.
