Cancer

In 2007 an enzyme was discovered in all cancer cells. It's in the Cytochrome P450-II series and it called "Cyp1B1". It goes like this: when the nucleus of a cell divides there are not two sets of chromosomes. When that new cell is born it now has this enzyme. After DNA error checking is performed the enzyme is destroyed. But, if the error checking does not finish for any reason the enzyme is not destroyed and the cell is marked for deletion as defective. This happens in all animals all the time. Everybody has cancer cells in them at this moment. In nearly evry case the immune system takes care of this. So how does cancer form? Easy, to do this is needs a chemical that is in produce. But, the catch is plants make this in response to mold spores. Since we began using antifungals in 1900 these have reduced the amount of this stuff in non-organic produce by up to 90%. Thus we now have correlation and causation for the industrial use of antifungals disrupting the food supply and driving up the rate of cancer. Potter and Burke figured this out in England. Here's the relevant info: The Cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP1B1 [1] only occurs in cancer cells [2][3]. When certain phytoalexins such as resveratrol and salvestrol are ingested these phytoalexins are converted by the P450 enzyme into piceatannol [4], which is fatal to cancer cells but not human cells [5][6].
