pour bitter chocolate in there and roll until it sticks

put the 2 halfs of the pumpkin jelly ball together and put it int he chocolate.
keep poruing chococolate until it levels to the top of the mold
let it set
take big round mold fil it 3/4 with chocoale. take other one press it against that
when it sets
you get lindt jelly pumpkin roll truffles.

my recipe: jumpkin jelly + cream + melting wafers + pumpkin spices. mix into pancakes? or make a tart? what can you do with it? top pancakes. add agar to make it soft squeare. layers in crepe cake.

we received a huge bag of pears and so making fermented wine with some, and pie with others. about 20 pears in all.
