Wine cheese. new favourite

started making yogurt this evening with 2% 2 litres, plus 1 cup 3% milk powder, and a cup or less of yogurt(homemade).

yogurt started at 1pm done at 3pm. made half liter of solid yogurt tastign like cream cheese. making whey cheese as well small pan is almost full. now doing 2nd batch. started draining at 3pm. done at 5pm. now it's 6:18 pm. the yogurt is put away. the whey was transparent then turned translucent half an hour ago, now its turny a creamy brown colour.
