We want: a room for fish, a room for plants. a big bath tub. lots of balcony/terrace space. not too tall building preferred. room for 6 cats: 2 munchkins, 1 bengal, 1 maine coon, 1 Abyssinian, and our cat.
building: not too tall. not high ceilings. balcony - doable, maybe bit small. location: not bad. overlooks lawren harris park. not glam - bath, not glam closet. windows smaller than other units.
very good terrace area space, love the two sides to the terrace for getting after and morning sun. good amount of space inside too. building not too tall. good location. this is one f our favourites.
