ai art advantages: i could sketch scenes very quickly and the program can fill it in. ex auto filling textures, likes adding Lambert in Maya/ Autocad. Also cutting out errors in images can be faster when the program fills int he blank spot with a background. usually we smudge and draw the background in ourselves which is tedious and takes time.
AI art as a way to modify original paintings; with careful controlling of paramters, images can be manipulated. example kaleidoscope, where you can Randomize, or set your own by adjusting y-axis offset and x-axis offset, orbits, and more. Its a lot of fiddling and waiting, as the image has to render with every change you make. the more changes you make, the longer it takes to create the image you have in mind.
