Mexican style turkey chilli soup made with just turkey, poblano, and garlic and turkey stock, and onions.
Soup was perked up with freshly grated garlic and mozzarella cheese, and a few pinto beans right before serving. Amazing spicy flavour, and melted mozzarella tasted so rich. 10/10 would make again.
