my name is Clara Sexton and i was born in 1993 in Ottawa, Ontario. Art has been a lifelong passion for me; ive been been creating art using various media since i was a child. my formal studies brought me to attend the Ontario College of Art in Toronto in the late 2010's.

combining composition of pieces with cultural influences from Ojibwe Woodland, Islamic art, Hindu and African art, among many more.
explored many mediums: metal sculpture, jewelry making, to drawing, watercolour, paintings, murals. Even interactive installations using arduino micro-computing.
after many years focused in creating interactive digital objects, i am moving toward a higher goal of mural-making. i want to grow as an artist. i'm inspired by the great mural artists who i have studied for some time, Diego Rivera, and Philip Cote.

my early work was in watercolour, but has since shifted toward acrylics, as well as digitally-created images. My subject matter and style ranges widely, and his portfolio includes figure work, urban and rural landscapes, portraits, and abstract works. my work is part of numerous private collections as well as the collection of Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI).
