Made pumpkin steamed pudding yesterday with fairytale. We had one half liter of boiled down syrup, and 1 equal amount of flesh left from the 20 lb pumpkin. We tried to blend the flesh and it needed to have the syrup added back into it. So I used 3/4 of it in the steam pudding recipe. Jam ewas figs, dates, pecans simmered for a bit. Used pumpkin spices in the cakre. Result it very tasty. A bit like carrot cakre. Only used a few tbsp datre syrup as sweetener. Threw some brandy fruit inside.
