Geranium Kiss
Geranium Kiss

$3.50 - $7.00
Solanum lycopersicum. Prolific red salad tomato with fantastic flavor and blight resistance. This was the most disease-resistant tomato we grew in our 2015 trials of 29 mostly open-pollinated varieites with some hybrid check varieties. Growth form like a dwarf tomato, 2-3' tall, needs minor support like a cage or sturdy post but no pruning. Produces large trusses of over a dozen 1-2 ounce tomatoes. Can be grown outdoors in the Pacific Northwest but is later to mature than our other offerings. Bred by Alan Kapuler.

Geranium Kiss Tomato Geranium Kiss tomato is a beautiful, multi-flora, dwarf variety, that produces what seems like thousands of bright red cherry sized fruits. Plants are about 3 feet tall. Ours were exceptionally productive and disease resistant. These seem to hold on to every bloom and look like bright red Christmas trees when they are ripened on the plant. Expect tomatoes from the very bottom to tippy top! Staking is imperative because of the weigh of the trellises. These are perfect for snacking, canning, salads and even good tomato sauce. Fruits are on the sweet side, with not too much juice, but very tasty. Great for smaller garden spaces. Get your basket ready for many, many fruits until Fall! See It On YouTube.

Tomato, Geranium Kiss (80 days) ORGANIC
Stocky 2 ft determinate plants that grow like a nice bush. Would make an excellent tomato for urban and container gardens. Another gem from the hyper-tress breeding work of Dr. Alan Kapuler and then improved and maintained by Peace Seedlings (Dylana Kapuler and Mario DiBenedetto) in Corvalis, OR. Compact plants produce an impressive flush of 20-70, 1 oz fruits, 3-4 sets, a "one-stake wonder". Peace seeds original. Dwarf indeterminate. SSF

TM40 - 1/4 g (~30 seeds) = $3.95
One of the most beautiful tomato plants we have seen with deep green rugose leaves on dwarf, bushy plants. We grew ours in the ground but everyone’s comment here was that they would beautiful in a container on a patio or deck. The foliage is not the only stand out with this variety; we have never seen such enormous trusses of fruit like this before, anywhere from 20-60 fruits on one, with 3-4 of these sized bunches per plant. The tomatoes range from 1-2 ounces, have pointed ends with a simple tomato flavor.
