Get Dill Seeds! get daffodil bulbs. get strawflower- can tire.

start tomatoes 1 week earlier(than mar 1). Use dryish dirt. the dirt was too wet this year and seedlings overwatered. Idea: use jiffy pellets, sans mesh, and put in green trays to start seeds.

I think my mistake was covering the dirt after planting seed, and the dirt was too wet, and shouldnt have been covered either way, causing mold and killing the seeds and young plants.

Use R soak technique for mass planted plants to be divided. to minimize harm.

put compost on perrenial bed - raspberries.
Direct sow: zinnia, marigold, cosmos, amaranth, coreopsis. Dill

separate peps earlier(such as candycane) into cells to reduce root damage and get them growing faster(too much wilting so far).

do not mulch pepper beds! attracts cats. we cover them with stones it helps a little.

june 27: marigold should begin flowering.
almanac predcits: "seasonably warm, drier than usual" summer.

Last year:don't alternate tom/pep pots. do half one type, then half other type. the toms are monsters drowning them out!

get glass jars labeled for each seed - saving flowers.

Plant new squash seed, to replace dying leaves with new plants.

Late july fall planting: plant seed potatoes, and squash seed.

this fall: plant blackberry lily and lily candensis seeds beside asian lily.

next year: dont plant black sea and taz choc near each other too hard to tell them apart! also use original seed for our stock and saved seeds for selling. too hard to tell which is which.

idea: sell calla bulbs. plant more annuals, some perrenials? buy new calla bulbs?

Do not grow large beefsteak in any container, even our largest. They just don't do well. Ex Berkeley tie dye and black beauty.
Move currants from perennial bed in fall. to other currant patch.
Dig up 4 large lily bulbs. trade 3, scale one.
